Karlos Zangouloskzangoulos@bdo.com.cy Karlos heads the Nicosia office and is also responsible for international audit assignments. He has 20 years experience in the profession and has been advising clients in Russia and the CIS for over 10 years. As well as audit, Karlos has considerable experience in International Tax Planning and has advised a number of groups on the structuring of their international activities. He has also been involved in listing public companies in Cyprus and elsewhere. Karlos qualified as Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in London and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southampton. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus.
Rois Potamitisrpotamitis@bdo.com.cy Rois heads our Limassol office and is also responsible for the firm’s banking and finance division with clients in Cyprus, Russia, Ukraine, Slovenia and Romania. Rois also possesses considerable experience in advising shipping and ship management groups. He served as an Audit Manager with Deloitte and Touche in Limassol. Rois spent a number of years working as a Senior Corporate Officer for a major bank in Cyprus before joining our firm in 1996. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics (University of London) and is a Chartered Accountant. Rois is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus.
Yiannis Kapetaniosykapetanios@bdo.com.cy Yiannis is a Partner in our Limassol office. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with our firm and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cyprus. Yiannis possesses wide experience in advising international business entities to set-up in Cyprus. He also has experience in international trading, insurance, manufacturing and shipping sectors. Yiannis is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus. Terry Kielytkiely@bdo.com.cy Terry is a Director for Audit Services in our Nicosia office with extensive professional experience in audit in the UK. He also possesses ample experience in consulting including financial modelling, mergers and acquisitions, finance raising and advising not-for-profit projects. He is a graduate of the University of Warwick in UK and holds a diploma (DPA) and is a member of the Institute of International Audit. Terry is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in UK. Panicos Costantinoupconstantinou@bdo.com.cy Panicos is an Audit Partner based in our Nicosia office. He has extensive experience with International Business as well as local clientele covering the entire business spectrum. He is conversant on taxation matters and advises a number of clients on structuring their business and tax affairs. Panicos is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in UK and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus. |
