IT Risk Management

BDO Technology Advisory has developed a methodology based on international guidelines, including reliance on accepted models such as: COSO and COBIT. In this context, we provide the following services: risk surveys including mapping of the information assets and the technology system, mapping significant processes in the IT environment, mapping internal controls – general controls and central application controls, tracking risks and exposures in the IT environment, determining the controls required for limiting the risks and improving the processes in the information systems environment. Further complementary services: developing emergency action plans, assistance with drafting a risk management policy and supplementary work procedures and providing a designated platform for continuous risk management, assimilation services and a service for preparations to comply with the provisions of ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3402.
